I had the pleasure of attending ATL’s Car and Bike Show this past weekend. It was hosted by V103, one of the major radio stations in Atlanta. Tickets were $15, so I decided last minute that I would see where $15 got me. Needless to say, I was not at all impressed.
When I arrived, the traffic told me that the way in would be a long wait. After facing 30 min of traffic to drive 1 mile, we found a place to park that was about a half mile from the Car Show. The parking lot was the only one available and the cost was $20.
Knowing how far I was about to walk in my stilettos made me reluctant to pay the $20, but there was no other option. The walk from the parking lot to the entrance was another 30 minutes and once we found the entrance, there was no line.
There was a crowd of roughly a thousand people all trying to find out where the line is formed. It took another 30 minutes to enter the car show. Once inside the crowds dispersed and the cars and bikes are what got my attention. Watch as I take you through my non-vip Car and Bike Show experience and decide for yourself……Was it worth it?
